The Barn was built during 2007. It consists of a 12 by 6 metre barn, with a kitchen, including a wood fired oven, gas hob and sink with hot water, and trestle tables. Nearby there is a fire pit with benches, and a toilet block consisting of two showers (hot and cold water) and two toilets, including one 'disabled'.

A few metres away is a deck with the back drop of the Swan River Estuary and Great Oyster Bay - particularly spectacular at sunset.
